If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, please return for a refund after 60 days under the following conditions: By purchasing LashFoodTM products, buyer agrees to accept responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local law governing the sale of any item(s) listed and sold. Buyer agrees to not hold JB Cosmetics liable for any claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of JB Cosmetics products in violation of all applicable laws and regulations. Returns and refunds are not accepted BEFORE 60 days from purchase, and not after 90 days from purchase. Refunds will be accepted with original purchase receipt only and will be honored by the RETAILER ONLY for the purchase amount sold. Orders purchased directly from warehouse are sold at the starting unit price of $120, and includes free shipping and tax. If item was purchased DIRECTLY from our corporate warehouse then record of purchase will be found, and buyer will be refunded in full, minus any shipping and handling costs incurred of $10. Orders not purchased directly from our warehouse and without original receipt will not be entitled to any amount refund from our corporate office. Retailers who have accepted returns, must ship or have buyer ship product along with original receipt to our warehouse in order for the retailer to be entitled to a credit for the number of units returned. Wholesale orders can be returned for exchange units only, no refunds allowed. Any LashFood gift sets or specials are FINAL SALE ONLY, and no returns or exchanges are available. The retail price is $120 for Lashfood. Internet retailers may not sell Lashfood or offer specials that sell Lashfood for less than $110. Ebay listings that violate this policy will be removed and given a warning. Retailers must submit a copy of a business or professional beauty license in order to set up an account. In order to use the LashFood brand name all retailers must sign the JB Cosmetics Logo Agreement in order to use any logos, and/or images. A small percentage of users with a specific skin type may experience a skin or eye reaction to LashFoodTM . This is an indication of an allergy. Please test on small area on the back of the hand, and if reaction occurs within 48 hours, please discontinue use. If allergic reaction occurs, returns will be accepted immediately. LashFoodTM is not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. LashFoodTM is not intended to treat or cure any type of illness. Please consult physician before using.
