Retail purchases of LashFoodTM conditioners are available for a refund before 60 days ONLY. Product must be returned to warehouse before 60 days to be eligible for a refund. Any wholesale purchases are available for exchange only for equal or lesser value, and cannot be refunded. Any exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. JB Cosmetics is not obligated to accept any returns or exchanges without pre-approval.
Refunds or exchanges will be accepted with original purchase receipt only and product must be returned to the corporate warehouse before the refund or exchange will be honored. Refunds are available by the RETAILER ONLY for the purchase amount sold. Orders not purchased directly from the corporate warehouse and without original receipt will not be entitled to any refund or exchange.
Refund will be for the exact purchase amount on the receipt, minus the cost of shipping and handling of $10. Therefore if purchase amount is $120, then total amount refunded will be $110. Refunds do not include the cost to return the product to the corporate warehouse.
The LashFoodTM Conditioning Drama Mascara and Liquid Eyeliner are not available for refund, and are available for exchange for product credit of equal or lesser value within 2 weeks of purchase.
By purchasing LashFoodTM products, buyer agrees to accept responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local law governing the sale of any item(s) listed and sold.
Buyer agrees to not hold JB Cosmetics liable for any claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of JB Cosmetics products in violation of all applicable laws and regulations.
Retailers who have accepted returns, must either ship or have the client ship the product along with the original receipt to our warehouse in order for the retailer to be entitled to a product credit for the number of units returned.

All retailers must honor the manufacturer's suggested retail price for the LashFoodTM Conditioner, LashFoodTM Eyeliner, & the LashFoodTM Mascara.
Unauthorized Ebay listings will be immediately removed and given a warning.
Retailers must submit a copy of a business or professional beauty license in order to set up an account.
In order to use the LashFoodTM brand name all retailers must sign the JB Cosmetics Logo Agreement in order to use any logos, and/or images.
A small percentage of users with a specific skin type may experience a skin or eye reaction to LashFoodTM . This is an indication of an allergy. Please test on small area on the back of the hand, and if reaction occurs within 48 hours, please discontinue use.
If allergic reaction occurs, returns will be accepted immediately.

Shipping international can take up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. All customs information, laws & regulations regarding shipping goods is the responsibility of the client. Please check your local customs for the most current information. Any brokerage fees, customs tax & duties are the responsibility of the client. Any returned shipments due to failure of paying duties or taxes, or due to lack of paperwork necessary to release shipment from customs is the responsibility of the client. UPS will discard packages not claimed from customs within 3 weeks. Any unclaimed packages are not the responsibility of JB Cosmetics.
