Return Policy and Disclaimer

Thank you for your purchase with LashFood. Retail purchases of LashFood Conditioners and Enhancers purchased from are available for refunds (all other items and purchases are final sale). Product must be returned before 60 days of purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

Wholesale purchases are available for exchange only for the same item, and cannot be refunded. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase date. JB Cosmetics is not obligated to accept any returns or exchanges.

The original purchase receipt and return must be received before the refund or exchange may be issued. Refunds may apply for the product purchase amount only (minus shipping and handling costs) and do not include the cost to return the product.

By purchasing LashFoodTM products, buyer agrees to accept responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local law governing the sale of any item(s) listed and sold.

Buyer agrees to not hold JB Cosmetics liable for any claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of JB Cosmetics products in violation of all applicable laws and regulations.

Any special or sale priced items, special offers, gift sets or product kits are FINAL SALE. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not available for these types of purchases. Returns from purchases made with other retailers or wholesalers are not accepted.

Receiver is responsible for providing the proper and correct delivery address. Orders will be processed within 7-10 business days. Orders may not be cancelled due to a delay in delivery. Billing and shipment addresses, email addresses must appear to be consistent or correct, or we may contact you to verify your information.

Retailers must honor the manufacturer's suggested retail price for all LashFoodTM products as shown on

Retailers must submit a copy of a business or professional beauty license or seller's permit in order to set up a retailer or professional account.

A small percentage of users with sensitive eyes or skin may experience an allergic reaction to LashFoodTM . Please test LashFood on a small area on the back of the hand or front of the wrist, and if a reaction occurs within 24 hours or longer, then please discontinue use.

LashFoodTM is not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or intended to treat or cure any type of illness or medical condition. Please consult physician before using the products.

Animal Testing

LashFood products are cruelty free and PETA certified. No animals were harmed or used for testing in the process of developing LashFoodTM

International Orders

All LashFood purchases made to locations outside the USA are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after the order has been placed. Shipping to international locations can be up to 2 or more weeks for delivery. All customs information, laws & regulations regarding importing goods is the responsibility of the receiver of the shipment. Please check your customs for the most current information.

Brokerage fees, customs tax & duties fees are the responsibility of the client. Returned shipments due to failure of paying duties or taxes, or due to lack of paperwork necessary to release shipment from customs is the responsibility of the receiver of the shipment. UPS may discard packages not claimed from customs within 1-2 weeks. Unclaimed packages are not the responsibility of JB Cosmetics. Returned or unclaimed orders will not be refunded, and the receiver will incur a re-shipment fee to re-send the products.
